Honey Balsamico Buratta With Strawberry And Tomato Salad


Creamy buratta is one of my absolute favourites. Give this usual recipe a go, I promise it won’t disappoint!

Serves 4
15 minute

  • 2 – 300gram pieces of buratta- I ordered from
  • 3 medium tomatoes, all three different colors if possible (I love the yellow, green and red) finely chopped (without seeds and peel)
  • Balsamic glaze-found in Milk and Honey
  • Manuka Honey or any thick dark colored
    honey- I can find a great selection from the Organic Store or Milk and Honey


Select a beautiful dish,Tavola has amazing porcelain serving dishes- I love green for this particular recipe.

Place buratta carefully on dish, handle with care so the cream doesn’t ooze out.

On the side of the buratta mix the strawberries and tomatoes together.

Drizzle the balsamic over the cheese and then the honey over everything.

Garnish with edible flowers! It’s such a beautiful touch –
