50g whipped cream
200g dark chocolate chunks/chips
Dried apricot slices
1. Fill a small saucepan with water and bring to boil.
2. Place a small metal bowl over saucepan and bring whipped cream to high heat (this will prevent burning). Blend in the chocolate and mix well. This should only take minutes.
3. Once done, dip the apricot slices half way one at a time
4. Place all slices gently on wax paper or a wire rack. Keep cool in fridge to harden.
