200-300g piece of Burrata cheese
3 medium sized tomatoes, all three different colors if possible, finely chopped without seeds and peeled
100g of strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon mandarin juice
Good quality olive oil
Thick dark colored runny honey
1. Select a beautiful dish.
2. Place burrata carefully on dish, handle with care so the cream doesn’t ooze out.
3. Around the burrata, distribute strawberries and tomatoes evenly
4. Squeeze the juice from one fresh mandarin. Pour over the burrata
5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the cheese and then the honey over everything. Then the same with olive oil. Garnish with edible flowers if you have some available
