500 g lean ground beef
2 tablespoon peeled apple quarter, shredded
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons corn flour
1. Mix all the ingredients together and roll them into small tiny balls.
2. Sauté the meatballs over medium heat in a large pan and then transfer them to the oven so they can bake for 15 minutes.
3. Once cooked through, lay the meatballs on a tray and place them in the freezer. After they’ve frozen, place in a freezer-safe large Ziploc bag. The meatballs will not stick together once placed in the freezer for storage.
