350g chicken breast, cut in strips
½ cup whole grain flour
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon celery salt
Dash of salt and pepper
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup Rice Krispies, lightly smashed
Recommended dip: Ranch
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Celsius.
2. In 3 shallow bowls place in each- flour (with parsley, celery salt, pepper and salt), whisked eggs and Rice Krispies. Dip the chicken in each one at a time starting with the flour, then eggs, shaking the excess eggs off. Lay on the Rice Krispies fully coating each piece.
3. Lay on a wire bake rack or non-stick baking pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
