750g fresh organic fresh good quality salmon fillet, tartar quality, diced
1 large avocado, chopped
2 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
1 tablespoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon Fleur de sel
1 tablespoon of your favourite olive oil
Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 red hot chilli chopped, if not available ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
1 freshly squeezed lime
1. Mix all ingredients together and give them 45 minutes to set in the refrigerator. Serve over lettuce, in small bowls or even in cocktail spoons.
2. Grate lime zest for more colour if you desire.
