Ingredients

1 ½ cup plain natural low-fat yogurt

½ cup low fat cottage cheese

¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoon flaxseed powder or whole flaxseed

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons runny honey

Handful of pumpkin or sunflower seeds, de-shelled

Handful of favorite nuts, recommended: walnuts, Brazilian, macadamia 

 ½ cup of any fresh berries you can get your hands on

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in your favorite good morning bowl and enjoy.
